Once a course has been purchased and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the course as per the enrollment process. Due to the digital nature of our educational products, all course purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
If you have made a duplicate payment due to a technical issue or have been charged incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to complete the course.
- Lack of time to attend classes.
- Dissatisfaction after accessing course materials.
- Technical issues caused by the user’s internet connection, device, or software.
In exceptional cases, Bull Maestro Academy reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The decision of the management regarding refunds shall be final.
If a live training session or course is cancelled by Bull Maestro Academy and no alternative session is provided, participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet the technical requirements necessary to access online classes and course materials. We recommend checking device compatibility and internet connectivity before enrolling.
For any payment-related concerns or refund requests, please contact our support team with your registered name, email address, transaction ID, payment date, and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
